Where are you located?
We are located behind the Range on Edinburgh Way Harlow. Please use map link and type in your postcode for directions to the store.

How long will my joma order take
Orders placed for Joma items are subject to varying delivery times due to availabilty.
If the item/s required are available in store your order will be processed as quickly as possible and the customisation of the garment/s will be processed as soon as possible.
we will then send the item out for home delivery or contact you via email informing you that your order is ready to collect from store.
If the item/s required are not available in store we will order them in directly from Joma in Spain.
These items take approximately 10 days to arrive with us and will then be processed for customisation.
If the item/s are not in stock with joma currently we will notify you of the availability date/s, (back order dates) and provide you with lead time information so you can select an alternative if required.

Is there parking?
Yes there is parking outside our store. During busy periods spaces may be limited.

Where is my order?
Lead time on orders may vary depending on the items availability and the time of year. During busy periods orders can take longer to process. Please contact the team via email if you need an update on your order and please remember to include your order number and contact details so we can track your order and get back to you.

Are there toilet facilities available in your store?
Sorry, there are no toilet facilities available to the public in store.

Can I try on in store?
Yes we have private changing rooms available.

How do I send my logo to you to setup?
In order to create and set up your unique logo we will require you to send this to us digitally in a high resoluton format, ideally a vector file.

What size do I need?
Sizing varies depending on the brand. Throughout our site there are links to all our suppliers showing size guides. We also have a size guide page for you to use. Although we provide links and size guides, we always recommend that you come into the store to try on if you are unsure.

What should I do if I want to change my order?
If you want to change an order you must contact us as soon as possible via email giving as much detail as you can. Unfortunately if the order has already been ordered in, processed or customised then changes will not be able to be made.
