COLLECTIONS AND DELIVERIES

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT AN INSTANT CLICK AND COLLECTION SERVICE SO PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US TO CHASE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 48HRS IN NORMAL PERIODS (PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO JULY - SEPT AS THIS WILL REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS BEFORE CONTACING US FOR UPDATES),  AS WE EXPERIENCE HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS CHASING WHICH CAN SLOW DOWN THE PROCESSING OF ALL ORDERS

LEAD TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO TIMES OF YEAR SO PLEASE SEE BELOW DETAILS OF ORDER TIME FRAMES AND STATUS

  • ITEMS IN STOCK IN STORE REQUIRING NO CUSTOMISATION WILL BE PROCESSED APPROX.  1-3 WORKING DAYS DEPENDING ON TIME OF YEAR *
  • ITEMS IN STOCK IN STORE REQUIRING CUSTOMISATION WILL BE PROCESSED APPROX.  3-7 WORKING DAYS DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF YEAR*
  • UNEEK/RALAWISE CLOTHING ITEMS REQUIRING CUSTOMISATION/ORDERING IN CAN TAKE APPROX. 7-14 WORKING DAYS DEPENDING ON TIME OF YEAR*
  • JOMA ITEMS ORDERED IN REQUIRING CUSTOMISATION CAN TAKE APPROX. 14-21 WORKING DAYS DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF YEAR*
  • SHOULD AN ITEM NOT BE AVAILABLE FROM THE SUPPLIER FOR ANY REASON (i.e. discontinued, on backorder),  WE WILL CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY TO NOTIFY YOU

JANUARY,  FEBRUARY, MARCH AND APRIL – WILL BE STANDARD PROCESSING TIMES AS ABOVE

JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER – THIS IS OUR BUSIEST PERIOD AND ORDERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO LONGER DELAYS,  PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CONTACTING US DURING THIS TIME TO CHASE ORDERS AND NOTE THAT DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME WE ARE PROCESSING ORDERS TAKE LONGER TO FULFIL

Joma Orders/Deliveries

Orders placed for Joma items are subject to varying delivery times due to availabilty.

If the item/s required are available in store your order will be processed as quickly as possible and the customisation of the garment/s will be processed as soon as possible. 

We will then send the item out for home delivery or contact you via email informing you that your order is ready to collect from store.

If the item/s required are not available in store we will order them in directly from Joma in Spain. 

These items take approximately 10 days to arrive with us and will then be processed for customisation.

If the item/s are not in stock with joma currently we will notify you of the availability date/s, (back order dates) and provide you with lead time information so you can select an alternative if required.

Home Deliveries via APC

All deliveries are made via APC Courier at a standard cost of £5.00 per package.

Payment for deliveries must be made prior to deliveries being despatched.

If you change your mind about collecting from shop and want to arrange delivery, please contact us directly to arrange payment and to provide us with delivery address information.

Deliveries are despatched once all items ordered are ready.

Should you wish to receive ordered items as and when they are ready, (part orders), standard delivery charges will apply per part order package sent.
